Full terms
The credit, in plain terms.
- Credits apply only to qualifying restoration work performed by URS and require the stated minimum qualifying restoration invoice.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the PropertyShield service date.
- Credits have no cash value, are not refundable or transferable, and may not be combined with other discounts or credits unless approved by URS in writing.
- Only one credit may be applied per property or project unless URS agrees otherwise in writing.
- Credits may not be used for emergency service minimums, deductibles, third-party costs, testing fees, permit fees, government fees, or other excluded charges unless URS agrees in writing.
- URS may modify, discontinue, or limit restoration credit offers prospectively. Any credit already granted keeps the terms recorded with that credit.
Every URS PropertyShield package creates a retained URS building file.
URS keeps the PropertyShield building file available so future emergency calls start with better building context, contacts, access notes, floor plans, and readiness details.
