URS can go through paper files such as service records, prior damage information, photos, loose PDFs, and other scattered building records. Almost any useful building information can be digitized into PropertyShield-ready files.
The goal is to get useful records into the review process and let URS return practical, restoration-ready recommendations without waiting for every file to be perfect.
$395 onsite start-up + $155/hour after first 2 hours
Property teams that want to get started but do not want to upload all of the records themselves.
- Basic file grouping by practical categories such as roof, plumbing, HVAC, fire/sprinkler, vendors, floor plans, photos, and prior losses
- Digitizing and grouping of available records so they can be used in the PropertyShield review process
- Paper files, service records, prior damage information, loose PDFs, photos, and other useful building information prepared as PropertyShield-ready files
